Tom, need a couple of hints . . .

in speaking with son's girlfriend yesterday, she has a friend who is engaged to a SEAL for the 2nd time and they've been through counseling to get this far. Most of the team members that he works with are single men and when he's around ( on base) he tends to spend most of his free time with them and little with her which isn't setting well. He's been on the team for 5 years and has been through Afghanistan with these men. Do you have any hints I could pass on that would maybe help her? There aren't very many wives for her to "bond" with for a support group, and I don't know how receptive she's been to the group or even if she's been invited. I did tell her that SEALs are a very tight group and that could be part of the problem but, frankly, it sounds to me he's "just not that into her." I feel that if he is truly serious about getting married he'd want to spend most of his free time with her. Anyway, I'd like some insight if you can provide some. Thanks.
