Waller mentions that the bell ringing was stopped because it "was demeaning and forced students to remain who didn't want to be there"... was the discontinuation just for Hell Week?
Also, just curious if one of the "princes of darkness", Ken Taylor is the same Chief Taylor mentioned in Warrior Elite and seen in the Disc Channel series? Physical description sounds the same, however he sounded like more of a hard a$$ during your BUDS class than he did during Class of 234... Also, if he is the same, is it unusual to be an instructor for so long?
