...the reasons behind the protestors are sincere about their causes. I think it's safe to say that Rosa Parks and the W omen's Suffrage movement were true believers in their causes, and were not paid and bused in for a TV sound-bite. I take issue with agendas, not personal beliefs - no matter how different they are from mine. There’s no forward motion without challenges.
As for the helmet law; it's moot if people are wearing them on their knees and arms. Personally, I wear one. While a doctor may be able to rebuild a face, they can't replace a brain. If they could, everyone in politics would be re-fitted with brilliance.
