as a means for the Navy to make sure we were doing our job---'cause the Captain would walk around and ask "Tom, are you thinking" I would alwasy answer yes, but the Captain got suspicious--so anyway, one day we all get these soft helmet things with wires and transmitters and low and behold, now we actually had to think because our thinking activity was recordable--or rather when we weren't thinking the Captain would run in and shock us--then, they notice that when the Admirals sectretary was around, some of us appearred to be thiking only one thing--so, then they put little shockers in the helmets that would zing us when ever a non-navy thought was going on in the brain housing unit--well, after a week my head was on big blister and it was just good I was about to retire anyway
