I'm trying to separate myth from reality here...if you'd be so kind as to help.

you said no assassinations allowed... can you tell us what kinds of missions are included under the "black ops" umbrella?

and are black ops relatively routine or are these very rare events? and only a few guys ever involved? can you tell us whether you have been so assigned?

are SEALs ever assigned to do bodyguard duty for VIPs?

and finally, when would a SEAL not work as part of a team? are individuals assigned to go on solo undercover missions? for extended periods of time?
