How are you getting along without surgery yet. Wow a plate AND fusion at C3-4. I can understand why you might want to wait before following through on that. And degenerative back disease at L6 through 8 must be a pain in the A*s. Literally!
I'm glad to hear that you are still doing QUITE well with this and I wish you a quick recovery once you have the surgies.
