Well, That's the one item they haven't taken off my keys and kept! I do keep one attached to my car keys for self defense. It wouldn't kill anyone but it is sharp enough and small enough that it hides in my hand. It hurts enough that it is usually distracting-unless you can plunge it in a really vital spot. That works very well
too.
