if a moped works what the heck---in South America we had to use the buddy system. No problem where everyone else was--where we were they didn't have car taxis only moped taxis--so, You have the Bolivian driver and two 220lbs SEALs on a 60cc moped engine---oh, and just maybe everyones drunk (what, you don't buy your taxi driver drinks to convince him not to leave?)
