I stayed home with my kids (3 daughters) for 17 years. Talk about perserverance...wouldn't change it for anything. When ya'll were talking about hubby helping with chores, my hubby worked a lot of overtime to bring in extra money because I had wanted to be a stay at home mom. So, I did most of the housekeeping,diaper changing,up all night etc. Now that I am working and he in the mean time has found a better job, he does all the cooking and laundry. Its easier for him because he now works a rotating shift.
