I actually happen to agree with your human nature input observation. You da boo!!! I also think many women use the percieved helplessness/lack of ability to avoid taking responsibility for making decisions and taking appropriate actions in many aspects of their lives.
They really annoy me and I have absolutely no tolerence level for them.
