Is actually on your birth certificates??.... I have no idea if it's written anywhere for my son's - besides the little baby card that the midwife put in their bassinettes at the hospital, all I know is they were both born just before midnight both of them. I know when I was born... I think my Mom's forgiven me... only cause my eldest sat on the same nerve :)... but it's not written anywhere.
