TOM... Do you have to like your teammates?

I always thought SEALs respected, and liked your teammates. I saw a team as buddies, and possibly friends. After reading your definition of a team I now think it isn't integral to like your teammate. Did I get that right? Have you had an effective team with someone you didn't like on it? Is it the norm to be buddies? friends?
