WOW Tom!!!! Thank you so much. I printed your response out, and will go through it in more detail. Just to clarify "my Team Leader" issue. The store breadown in leadership is:

Store Team Leader
2 Assistant Store Team Leaders
Department Team Leaders (this is where I am)
Department Assistant Team Leaders
Team Members

And you are right...I didn't choose many of my "team" members.

I 100% agree with you on the use of "team"....it seems to me it is overused, and mostly used incorrectly. I don't often feel like a "team" leader, more of a manager. And I don't think my "team" wants to be lead, they want to be managed. Oh, and before I EVEN got to this store, the previous 2 team leaders told me this was a tough team to work with!!!

So, when are you going to write your own book?!!!
