disuade them for three reasons---I know them and they are not me--they are better than that. I do not trust my government with my sons lives and I have made a difference, i know that and I have saved lives and I have taken lives--but I have seen people who have done nothing but save--and I would prefer my sons do that---fully acknowledging that someone must be in the taking roll

most frightening non-military--okay, not proud of this one---but I once gave a lady the impression--or rather, didn't disuade her impression, that i was an orphan. That impression was only tangental to her desire to know me better. At my graduation party she walked up and slapped me--hard--and said something to the effect of, "Your Mom seems awfully nice what with you being an orphan" and across the room I saw Mom--heading my way---I believe I wet myself
