I read Shadow Warriors Inside the Special Forces

By Tom Clancy and Ret Brig Gen Carl Stiner, I thought it gave good background and layout of development of and management of SOF. That's to the questions below..

I know it was written for the general public but is it good in your opinion? I don't want to go in search of the others if it is fluff. Obviously respect your opinion.
