I was just wondering if when you retired you felt that it was easy to let go. That without you the job would get done. were you thinking these guys have it under contro? or geez my skills and experience will be missed.

I know you said jobs are per skills. Am I thinking about this wrong when I think you had both skills and lots of experience so that would be hard to replace? Is there a point where experience levels off say a guy with three years and a guy with 10 years considering they both had combat experience would be considered equally experienced if they had the same skills
