Keep in mind I live in PA, I can get you information related to PA, domestic violence/sexual assault and stalking laws
(which btw, in PA Stalking is the only crime a VICTIM has to solve the crime/collect the evidence and proceed through the system...Is that one of the stupidest things you have ever heard or what? "yeah, my life is in danger and you the trained professional are going to make me do YOUR JOB???" that is a duh..law if ever there was)
Also, if you live in another state I can get you the information you need to contact your local program/shelter....I won't know other state laws...or you can look up the information you need in Google under "National Domestic Violence Coalition"....the search will give you state to state programs/laws.....
that being said...although there is no " crying in baseball" there is crying in domestic violence so don't be afraid to ask...if I can answer I will if I don't know I can help you find what you need.....
