As for the man - head shaking. I can't tell you the number of times he's dinged himself - this being one of the better ones - and he won't look after it.
He'll come in - "banged my head on ______ (insert piece of equipment)" (3 hrs later) - can you look at it. Hat off, blood in hair... find the peroxide. How hard is it to come in, clean it up and put on a clean hat??? The number of times he's got something in his eye and had to finally go to the Dr and have it looked at - yes he has glasses, and safety glasses... wear them??? And he's got a BSc and MSc in Agricultural Economics so I know he's smart enough to figure it out :) Honestly, I think he's chicken. Scared of being sick and scared of his own blood. Strange but true.
